Unicorn Bags is the first mushroom grow bag manufacturer worldwide to receive full certification under the European standard EN 1186 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 – even under demanding OM5 conditions (121 °C for 2 hours). Independent laboratory tests confirm that no unwanted substances migrate into the substrate during high-pressure sterilization – a key quality feature for both commercial and hobby growers alike.
Depending on the application, we can recommend the following filter types:

Depending on the production process, all three filter types can achieve good results. We ourselves use only bags with B filter in our production. This filter is suitable for very clean environments. The increased gas exchange ensures optimal growth.
